All orders are fulfilled and dispatched through India Post, ensuring reliable delivery coverage across the country — including remote and rural locations.

02Shipping Locations

We currently ship exclusively within India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our delivery reach in the future.

03Payment Method

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our sole payment method. Full payment in cash is required at the time of delivery, to be handed directly to the India Post delivery representative.

Any applicable COD handling charges will be communicated clearly before your order is confirmed.

04Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Please note that orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

06Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed transparently at the checkout stage before you confirm your order. No additional charges will be applied without prior notice.

07Delays & Failed Delivery

Pettlez Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by India Post, incorrect address details provided at checkout, or events outside our control.

If a delivery attempt fails due to any of the following reasons, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders from the same customer:

  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided.
  • The customer was unavailable to receive the order.
  • The COD payment was refused at the time of delivery.
08Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging all orders. If your delivery arrives visibly damaged or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the package from the delivery representative.
  • Contact us immediately via our Contact Us page with your order details and, where possible, photographs of the damaged packaging.
Accepting a visibly damaged package may limit our ability to assist with a replacement or refund claim. We strongly recommend inspecting the outer packaging before signing for delivery.
